Hot Cop, an all-new sexy, standalone from New York Times Bestseller Laurelin Paige and USA Today Bestseller Sierra Simone is now LIVE!!!

Hot Cop by Laurelin Paige & Sierra Simone
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Synopsis

From NYT Bestselling Author, Laurelin Paige and USA Today Bestselling Author, Sierra Simone comes a steamy contemporary romantic follow-up to last year’s bestseller P*rn Star.

You have the right to remain sexy.

Anything you say can and will be used to get you in my bed.

You have the right to use my body to give yourself a delirious, life-changing orgasm.

If you have trouble…don’t worry, I’m a bit of an expert in that department.

There’s nothing ‘thin’ about my blue line, if you catch my drift, and trust me, I know how to put those handcuffs to good use.

***

Livia Ward wants a baby before she’s thirty. And even though Officer Chase Kelly is exactly the kind of cocky jerk this librarian has sworn off, he is undeniably hot. Both of them think they can give each other what they want–a few nights of fun for Officer Kelly, a no-strings baby for Livia–but this hot cop is about to learn that sex, babies, and love don’t always play by the rules.

#AubreysBookReview

5 out of 5 “Be afraid with me” Stars

This book. Oh man. It spoke to me on so many levels. I absolutely LOVED it. The concept of wanting to have a baby before you turn thirty because after you turn thirty, well, you’re as good as dead, right? I mean, I can relate to feeling as if my life is sliding down the hill after thirty but dying? Yeah not that extreme. But that is what Livvia is; she’s extreme to the nth degree. She has some issues with relationships gone sour and guys not sticking around like they said they would (even though there was nothing that happened that was earth shattering- she just chose not to put her heart on the line anymore—and I can totally respect that.)

Chase is the Hot Cop (aww yeah, he is). But he is also amending his life without realizing it for his career. Being a cop is everything he’s ever wanted and living the bachelor lifestyle is something he can’t complain about.

Chase’s thoughts regarding his career and the impact it would have on any family he may or may not have in the future resonates very deeply with me. I can understand why he wouldn’t want to have a family and expose them to all the filth and ugliness of the world. I can understand why he chooses to live the casual lifestyle and not bring anyone close to him. I understand why Livvia wanted to forego men and have a baby by herself. I can understand why Livvia didn’t want to have a relationship with anyone due to her past. I totally understand all of it. The self sacrificing and all that jazz. So very relatable. But I also understand the flip side which is that it’s not fair to deny yourself happiness because of what-ifs. It’s not fair to the justice seekers and the do-gooders to live in the land of ‘what could be’ because they’re afraid of all that bad and ugly happening to them or to their family. But when you stop and really think about it, tomorrow is guaranteed to no one. You could get killed walking across the street or hit by a drunk driver or blown up in an airplane…..I could go on and on. But my point is that if you stop living and put your life on hold for a maybe that may never happen….then what? You can never get that time back.

I’m beyond ecstatic with the union of Sierra Simone and Laurelin Paige. But I’m also super duper ecstatic that this union was as beautiful as it was insightful as it was super hot and sexy. And of course there was some major hot sex going on and that was just oh-so-gooooood. I mean, Chase-freaking-Kelly!!! Even his damn name was sexy. But the filth that comes out of his mouth (eyes rolling back into my head) oh damn. Looking forward to see if these ladies unite again and what THAT baby will turn out like. Just putting it out there, you know, in case.

Happy Reading!!

About Laurelin:

USA Today and New York Times Bestselling Author Laurelin Paige is a sucker for a good romance and gets giddy anytime there’s kissing, much to the embarrassment of her three daughters. Her husband doesn’t seem to complain, however. When she isn’t reading or writing sexy stories, she’s probably singing, watching Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead, or dreaming of Michael Fassbender. She’s also a proud member of Mensa International though she doesn’t do anything with the organization except use it as material for her bio. She is represented by Rebecca Friedman.
